meet Chef Wendell white

My home of Salisbury, Maryland is where I have my fondest memories of magnificent fresh food - reared in culinary arts and home town cooking, After a stint in the military I followed those roots and attended Culinary School at Northwest Technical College, in Moorhead, Minnesota.

I returned to Maryland and began studying under some of the Top Chef’s in the state. In January 1995, I settled in Salt Lake City, UT; where after working restaurants, hotels and country clubs, I decided to bring forth Culinary Fusion “Experience the Difference…Taste the Magic.”
